Privacy Policy
How Bkonect collects, uses, and protects information. Last updated June 2026.
Who we are
Bkonect ("we", "us") is an AI-first revenue-operations team. This policy covers our marketing website and explains what we collect from visitors and how we use it. Questions: hello@bkonect.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a Health Check or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and what you tell us about your situation.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect usage data — pages viewed and the order you viewed them, time on site, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, approximate location and IP address, and device/browser details — to understand interest and improve the site.
Information from third parties. To understand which businesses are interested in us, we use third-party business-intelligence providers (for example, IP-to-company and visitor-identification services such as Apollo and RB2B) that may associate your visit with your company and, in some cases, professional contact details. We use this only for B2B sales and marketing.
How we use information
To respond to your requests and deliver your Health Check; to operate, secure, and improve the site; to understand which companies are engaging so our team can reach out; and to send relevant communications you can opt out of at any time.
Cookies & similar technologies
We store a random, non-personal identifier in your browser's local storage to recognize return visits and power live site features. We use privacy-respecting analytics. If we use advertising or visitor-identification technologies, those are described above. You can clear local storage and block cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, analytics, enrichment/identification, CRM, email) under contract, and where required by law. Under some U.S. state laws, certain analytics/advertising activities may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" — see your choices below.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of your information. U.S. residents can exercise these by emailing hello@bkonect.com; we honor recognized opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required. EU/UK visitors may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR and can contact us to exercise them.
Retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Our site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above. Contact us at hello@bkonect.com with any questions or requests.
This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Bkonect should have counsel review and tailor it before launch, especially if marketing into the EU/UK.
